REAL ESTATE BROCHURE ORDER PROCESS

Ordering a Real Estate Brochure is relatively simple. Just follow the steps listed below:

1. Download the Brochure Order Information Sheet by clicking here. You will need to have the Adobe Acrobat Reader installed in order to open and read this file.

2. Call me at (888) 459-2000 to schedule an appointment for the photos to be taken.

3. When we meet for the photos, you should have the Brochure Order Information Sheet completed so you can give it to me. This will expedite the delivery of the completed brochures. Any questions you have on how to complete the form can be dealt with when we meet. If you are not able to have the completed form available when we meet, you should complete it as soon thereafter as possible and fax it to me at (800) 220-0055.

4. After the photos have been taken and I have the completed Brochure Order Information Sheet, I will prepare a proof of the brochure that will be sent to you at the e-mail address you list on the Brochure Order Information Sheet.

5. You should carefully review the proof. If changes need to be made, you can either call me to give me the changes over the phone, e-mail the changes to me or fax the changes. As soon as possible a new proof will be sent to you. Once the proof is acceptable, you should sign it in the space provided and fax it to me.

6. At the same time that you receive the proof, you will receive an invoice via e-mail reflecting the cost of the quantity and type of brochures you ordered, including NJ Sales Tax, if you are in NJ, plus the cost of photographic services and rthe brochure design services. Within the e-mail with the invoice you will find instructions on how to pay the invoice using a MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express credit/debit card.

7. As soon as I receive the approved proof and notice that you have paid, your order will be released to the printer. The printing can be completed the same day, provided the order is submitted prior to Noon on a business day. Orders submitted after Noon on a business day will not be scheduled for production until the following business day.

8. The brochures will be received by me the next business day after production and will be and delivered or sent to you via FedEx for delivery to you the next business day.
